5/6/2013 - 5/12/2013

On 5/6/2013 MSPD took a report of a hit and run that occurred at "The Nest" on Old McCloud Ave. The victim's car, a blue Nissan Altima, was discovered to have damage to the right rear bumper and fender. Anyone with information relative to this investigation is asked to contact MSPD at 530-926-7540.
On 5/6/2013 MSPD arrested Jeb Stuart Shouse, age 39 out of Mt Shasta, for vandalism. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.
On 5/8/2013 MSPD arrested William Henry Howard Jr., age 60 out of Virginia, for taking a vehicle without the owners consent. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.
On 5/8/2013 MSPD arrested Roger Napolitano, age 60 out of Mt Shasta, for public intoxication. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.
On 5/9/2013 MSPD took a report of theft from a vehicle parked at the Tree House. An investigation is pending.
On 5/10/2013 MSPD took a report of theft from a vehicle parked at the Black Butte Transfer Station. An investigation is pending.
On 5/11/2013 MSPD arrested Michael Eric Maxwell, age 43 out of Mt Shasta, for public intoxication and carrying a concealed dirk/dagger. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.
On 5/11/2013 MSPD arrested Bethany Rose Tillman, age 21 out of Mt Shasta, for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.

On 4/30/2013 MSPD took a report of several incidents of vandalism found at the Shell Station and Doris Moss Realty.
On 5/1/2013 MSPD took a report of vandalism found at the Mt Shasta Elementary School. The word "toxin" was written several times. Anyone with information is asked to contact MSPD at 530-926-7540
On 5/4/2013 MSPD arrested Roger Napolitano, age 60, on several outstanding warrants and for public intoxication. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.
On 5/4/2013 MSPD arrested Jesse Wade Foster, age 35 out of Dunsmuir, for carrying a concealed dirk/dagger and exhibiting a deadly weapon in a threatening way. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.

On 4/18/2013 MSPD arrested Toketee Sunrise Radabaugh, age 18 out of Mt Shasta, for possession of drug paraphernalia and under the influence of a controlled substance. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.
4/18/2013 LOST - GM keys w/fob
On 4/20/2013 MSPD took a report of grand theft from the Woodsman Hotel. Several flat screen TVs and two computers were taken from the hotel property. Anyone with information is asked to contact MSPD at 530-926-7540.
On 4/22/2013 MSPD cited Michael Edward Savarese, age 52 out of Mt Shasta, on a misdemeanor warrant.

2/25/2013 - 4/7/2013

On 2/25/2013 MSPD took a report of identity theft. The victim, a 95 year old female, was notified that a Home Depot card in her name was requested. All the credit bureaus were notified and the application stopped.

On 2/25/2013 MSPD stopped and cited Brandon Edward Drum, age 26 out of Fresno, for driving on a suspended/revoked license.

On 3/4/2013 MSPD arrested James Allen Price, age 37 out of Yreka, for burglary, receiving stolen property, forgery, possession of a controlled substance and for a warrant out of Shasta County. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.

On 3/5/2013 MSPD arrested Steven Ward Howe, age 44 out of Mt Shasta, on a felony warrant. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.

On 3/6/2013 MSPD took a report of stolen copper and scrap metal from Ray-Mac. A suspect was identified and the case was forwarded to the Siskiyou County District Attorney.

On 3/6/2013 MSPD took a report of theft of an iPhone. The victim had provided a ride to a hitchhiker from Ashland to Mt Shasta and when he dropped him off, the victim realized his iPhone was missing. Anyone with information is asked to call MSPD at 530-926-7540. An investigation is pending.

On 3/8/2013 MSPD took a report of a wallet that was stolen from Mercy Medical Center. The victim later reported that a credit card in the wallet was used for two fraudulent transactions in Redding. An investigation is pending.

On 3/9/2013 MSPD arrested Ron Robert Caldwell, age 43 out of Mt Shasta, for domestic violence. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.

On 3/11/2013 MSPD took a report of internet fraud. The victim had responded to an email stating they had won a European lottery. The bank account was closed and all credit bureaus notified.

On 3/12/2013 MSPD took a report of theft of medication from a doctor's office. An investigation is pending. Anyone with information is asked to call MSPD at 530-926-7540.

On 3/14/2013 MSPD responded to a report of a subject attempting to pass counterfeit $50 bills. Jordan Andrew Foster, age 25 out of Mt Shasta, was later arrested for possession of counterfeit bills, burglary, attempting to escape after arrest and possession of marijuana. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.

On 3/14/2013 MSPD was contacted regarding theft of a refrigerator from a rental unit. An investigation is pending and charges have been filed with the Siskiyou County District Attorney.

On 3/17/2013 MSPD arrested Alexander Hadley Maier, age 31, on an outside felony warrant. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.

On 3/17/2013 MSPD arrested Richard Scott Ibbeson, age 48 out of Salinas, for public intoxication and violation of summary probation. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.

On 3/18/2013 MSPD cited a juvenile from Mt Shasta for several incidents of vandalism that had occurred over the last couple of weeks. The case was forwarded to Siskiyou County Juvenile Probation.

On 3/23/2013 MSPD cited and released John Joseph Norris, age 24 out of Weed, for an outside misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/23/2013 MSPD took a report of a hit and run resulting in vehicle damage to a vehicle parked in the Ray's parking lot. Anyone with information is asked to call MSPD at 530-926-7540.

On 3/24/2013 MSPD took a report of a traffic collision resulting in property damage to the Pepsi Cola Bottling Company.

On 3/24/2013 MSPD took several reports of theft from vehicles in the same neighborhood. Many items had been dumped and returned to owners. Anyone with information is asked to call MSPD at 530-926-7540. All residents are reminded to lock their vehicles.

On 3/24/2013 MSPD cited a juvenile out of Mt Shasta for shoplifting from Soul Connection.

On 3/24/2013 MSPD cited and released Donald Thomas Perry, age 27 out of Mt Shasta, for driving on a suspended/revoked license.

On 3/25/2013 MSPD arrested Aaron Michael Russo, age 24 out of Mt Shasta, for an outside felony warrant. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.

On 3/26/2013 MSPD arrested Jimmy Shawn Browand, age 20 out of Redding, on two outside warrants. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.

On 3/28/2013 MSPD took a report of a fraudulent internet bank account that had been opened in the victims name resulting in several transfers from his local account. All accounts have been closed.

On 3/28/2013 MSPD cited and released John Joseph Frank, age 49 out of Oroville, on an outside misdemeanor warrant.

On 3/29/2013 MSPD took a report of theft from vehicles parked at a local auto repair shop. Portable dvd players and air rifles/bb guns were taken. Anyone with information is asked to call MSPD at 530-926-7540.

On 4/3/2013 MSPD took a report of a stolen bicycle from the Rays Shopping Center. The bicycle is described as a men's red/white KHS mountain bike. Anyone with information is asked to call MSPD at 530-926-7540.

On 1/29/2013 MSPD took a report of burglary to a residence on Ream Ave. The owner discovered several jewelry items missing, including a silver ring with 3 pink stones and a white gold band w 3 diamonds. Anyone with information is asked to contact MSPD at 530-926-7540.
1/30/2013 - FOUND house key on lanyard in front of Yaks
On 1/31/2013 MSPD took a report of a stolen bicycle. A brown KHS 21 speed mens mountain bike was stolen from outside Wholesale Solar. Anyone with information is asked to contact MSPD at 530-926-7540.
On 2/2/2013 MSPD arrested Stephanie Mary March, age 33 out of Mt Shasta, for DUI with injury, assault with a deadly weapon, hit and run with injury and hit and run with property damage. She was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.
On 2/3/2013 MSPD arrested Jennifer Paige MillerWilliams, age 39 out of Dunsmuir, for driving with a suspended/revoked license. She was cited and released, the vehicle was towed.
On 2/5/2013 MSPD arrested Joshua James Seaweard, age 25 out of Redding, for driving with a suspended/revoked license. He was cited and released. The vehicle was turned over to a passenger with a valid license.
2/6/2013 - LOST keys with blue flashlight keychain
On 2/7/2013 MSPD began investigating a home invasion that occurred the previous night around 2030 hours on Pine Street near the hospital. The victims report that three suspects forced entry into their home, two suspects had firearms. Victims report they were threatened if they made any noise, movement or attempted to contact police. Both were restrained, one was injured with blunt force to the head. Victims recognized one suspect as Vidano and an attempt to contact individual led us to his uncle's residence on Chestnut St. The 600 block of Chestnut St was blocked off while a search warrant was obtained. At approximately 0800 hours, prior to the warrant response, Hernandez surrendered and gave permission to search his home for the suspects. Two suspects Juan Angel Vidano, age 20 out of Mt Shasta and Sundance Angel Gonzalez, age 18 out of Weed, were found inside the residence and arrested for armed robbery, burglary, and conspiracy. Vidano was also charged with possession of a controlled substance. David Benjamin Hernandez, age 29 out of Mt Shasta, was also arrested for being an accessory and harboring a fugitive. The investigation is on going. One suspect is still being sought.
On 2/7/2013 MSPD arrested Christopher John Reginato, age 22 from Mt Shasta, for possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.

1/26/2013 MSPD took a report of theft occurring at Village Books. An investigation is pending.
On 1/27/2013 MSPD arrested Ryan Andrew Poling, age 37 from Humboldt, for public intoxication and on three misdemeanor warrants. He was transported and booked into Siskiyou County Jail.
